Notice is hereby given that an Inspector appointed by the Welsh Ministers, V Hirst BA (Hons) PG Dip TP MA MRTPI, will hold a Hearing on:

09 & 10 April 2024 at 10:00.

The Hearing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
Detailed Instructions will be provided to invited participants in due course.

The purpose of the Hearing is to enable the Inspector to hear representations from those persons who have made statutory submissions in respect of the application.

Please note that although the event is open to members of the public to observe, only those specifically invited by the Inspector are entitled to participate. Anyone wishing to observe should lodge a request with Planning & Environment Decisions Wales by 26 March 2024 using the contact details at the bottom of this notice.
